Sen. Taylor to host State Budget and Bucks arena listening session

The $73 billion state budget and the $500,000 Bucks Arena proposal will have a tremendous impact on the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County.

(MADISON) – The $73 billion state budget and the $500,000 Bucks Arena proposal will have a tremendous impact on the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County. As the only Milwaukee legislator on the entire 16-member state budget committee, Senator Lena Taylor (D-Milwaukee) will host a town hall forum with members of the public and other local elected officials to discuss the local impact of these bills.

The forum will include brief remarks from representatives from the State Legislature, Milwaukee County and the City of Milwaukee before opening up the dialogue to the public.
