SD Properties, Inc. recently purchased 1701 & 1810 W. North Avenue in Milwaukee, WI for $125,000. This sale was completed in conjunction with their previous acquisition of 1729-1735, 1730 & 1824 W. North Avenue for $670,000 in December 2015. Ned Purtell and Brett Deter represented the Seller, Jack L. Marcus, Inc. on both transactions.
