MILWAUKEE (February 8, 2017) – MOTOR Bar & Restaurant, located on the Harley-Davidson™ Museum Campus, will host a special evening designed for two at its Valentine’s Beer Dinner with Good City Brewing Company. Let MOTOR make the date night arrangements for you and your special someone with a decadent multi-course meal perfectly paired with local brews.
Executive Chef, Josh Peterson and the team at Good City Brewing played culinary matchmaker as they expertly combined delicious dishes with a variety of bold local brews for the Feb. 14 event. The evening’s menu features ricotta gnocchi with smoked tomato sauce and prosciutto, pork belly skewers with candied apples, an arugula salad with vanilla honey vinaigrette, pork medallions with fig coulis and dolce de leche with bruleed bananas and vanilla bourbon ice cream, all served alongside Good City Brewing porters, IPAs and lagers.
“For Valentine’s Day, we wanted a menu with a variety of dishes that really blend a rich combination of flavors,” said Josh Peterson, executive chef, MOTOR Bar & Restaurant. “By doing that, we’ve created a one-of-a-kind romantic dining experience with the added treat of Good City’s custom-crafted beers.”
Each course comes perfectly paired with a craft brew from Good City Brewing Company. The Eastside production brewery also offers an urban taproom highlighting its passion for locally crafted beer.
