Ribbon-cutting Ceremony to Celebrate FreshFin Poké Grand Opening
Milwaukee’s first Poké restaurant opens its doors on Milwaukee’s East Side

Milwaukee, Wis.— FreshFin Poké (po-kay) is Milwaukee’s first Poké restaurant and will be hosting its Grand Opening Ceremony Saturday, January 28th at 11:00 AM. The ribbon cutting ceremony will be joined by FreshFin Poké partners and community leaders. FreshFin Poké will provide free tastings of its signature bowls served hors d’oeuvre style.
The Poké culinary experience is influenced by Hawaiian and Japanese cuisine and is traditionally marinated raw cubed fish with fresh greens. Poké is already popular on the West Coast as a very healthy eating out alternative. After having tried Poké on the West Coast, Managing Partner Nate Arkush of FreshFin Poké became very inspired by the quickly prepared, healthy and affordable dish.
“Our Poké is like deconstructed sushi, a fusion of Hawaiian and Japanese flavors. We’ve also included curry and Southeast Asian flavors that go well together in our signature bowls. Poké is a healthy, high protein, unique dish that is customizable. We are very excited to bring Poké to Milwaukee.” said Nate Arkush.
FreshFin Poké offers signature bowls on its menu or completely customizable bowls to include fresh vegetables and your choice of Tuna, Salmon, Shrimp, Chicken or Tofu plus the option of fresh add-in ingredients and house made sauces. The menu also includes great vegan and vegetarian options as well. FreshFin Poké is located at located at 1806 E. North Avenue on Milwaukee’s East Side and is open seven days a week from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. FreshFin Poké is now offering delivery and catering services.
