RARE Steakhouse Hires Executive Chef
Highly anticipated premier steakhouse brings Midwest talent to Milwaukee’s 833 East

MILWAUKEE – RARE Steakhouse announced today that Chef Paul Morrison will serve as Executive Chef of its highly anticipated new Milwaukee restaurant.
Chef Paul comes to RARE Steakhouse after years of experience at numerous powerhouse Midwest restaurants, including Chicago’s Miller’s Pub and ZED451. Chef Paul also worked as Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine at Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse in the Mohegan Sun Casino.

Opening in May, Noble Chef Hospitality’s RARE Steakhouse offers a premier dining experience. Created by Wisconsin natives for Wisconsin diners, RARE features USDA Prime steaks from Meats By Linz of Chicago, amazing wines and truly remarkable service. Like its Madison counterpart, RARE Milwaukee will have a classic setting, private dining rooms and space equipped with technology for meeting capabilities. RARE will soon be a leading lunch and dinner destination in Milwaukee.

Chef Paul will make his Milwaukee debut when RARE opens in in 833 East this May.
