Politics and Poetry II set for Wednesday night

Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs invites residents to a night of politically-charged poetry from some of Milwaukee’s best spoken word artists and politicians of all ages. The event is hosted by Kwabena Antoine Nixon (Ikan) and sponsored by Alderwoman Coggs, the Young Adult Committee Milwaukee Branch, the League of Young Voters and the Sojourner Family Peace Center.

Politics and Poetry II is taking place this Wednesday night, March 27, in the City Hall rotunda, 200 E. Wells St. from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Visitors should use the Market St. entrance on the East side of the building.
