Police need information about fatal hit-and-run
Statement from Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs August 7, 2015
A 39-year-old man was killed Thursday night near N. 13th and W. Atkinson by a hit-and-run driver, and the community is asked to please share information with police so that the victim’s family can have justice, and perhaps some measure of solace.
The fleeing vehicle is described as small and dark-colored, with fully tinted windows. It was being operated at a high rate of speed and may very likely have visible damage from the incident.
I urge witnesses and anyone who knows anything about the driver to please contact Milwaukee police at 414-935-7360.
