MILWAUKEE – Plaid Tuba Holdings, LLC. is pleased to announce the addition of Tracy Bredow as the firm’s Executive Editor. Ms. Bredow worked with Mandel Group, Inc. since 2001 as Marketing Director overseeing the branding and marketing activity for the real estate developer and property manager. Mandel Group is a national award-winning builder and developer headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Ms. Bredow has worked closely with Plaid Tuba during her career with Mandel Group, Inc. She managed countless large condo and apartment marketing events to promote sales and leasing activity with art, film and live music at the center of each events theme and often featuring the artists of Plaid Tuba to great reception. In several cases, Plaid Tuba curated the art portion of the event. In 2010, Plaid Tuba and Mandel Group created a highly visible working gallery to help launch emerging creative professionals’ careers. Mandel Group contributed the use of vacant retail space at no cost to underwrite the effort. Plaid Tuba served as a creative professional support service, assisting creative professionals with logistical needs and otherwise organizing marketing and promotion of the creative professionals’ work.
Today, Plaid Tuba is headquartered at the Marshall Building on the 6th floor and has evolved to a diverse network of creative professionals, including everything from painters and filmmakers to fashion designers and photographers. Reginald Baylor, the Executive Director and Heidi Witz, Executive Producer handles day-to-day management; both individuals provide creative direction, client service and leadership for Plaid Tuba. The addition of Ms. Bredow to the Plaid Tuba team will strengthen its core, secure its sustainability, enhance its brand, and grow its impact on Metro-Milwaukee.
Plaid Tuba is also excited to present the Open Studio Buying Experience; a studio showcase happening that brings creative professionals together with patrons, a one of a kind shopping experience that enhances the legacy of Gallery Night with a focus on personal attention and service. The Studio atmosphere promotes social exchange, product on display, and a unique point of purchase experience. The Open Studio Buying Experience is hosted at Plaid Tuba Studios in The Marshall Building every Third Friday of the month from 5:00 – 9:00 pm. (Unless Gallery Night falls on a different Friday due to holiday). Open to the public!
