Mitchell Lindstrom Joins Quarles & Brady’s Business Law Practice Group

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (July 6, 2015) — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Mitchell Lindstrom has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office in its Business Law Practice Group.

He has experience dealing with corporate mergers and acquisitions matters, and he has worked on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mitchell was an extern for the I.R.S in the U.S Treasury Office of Chief Counsel, where he prepared and tried cases before the Federal Tax Court and reviewed the merits of refund litigation. Mitchell was also a law clerk for Emerson Electric, where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions. In May 2014, he was a summer associate at Quarles & Brady.

He received his law degree, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Marquette University.
