Miss Ruby Bridal leased 3,267 SF at the Pritzlaff building located at 143 W. Saint Paul Avenue. Jenna Maguire represented the Tenant.

TTI, Inc. leased 3,755 SF at 250 N. Patrick Boulevard in Brookfield, WI.  Ned Purtell and Patti Stevens represented the Landlord on this transaction.

Solomon’s Temple Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. leased 22,698 SF at 2207 W. Center Street in Milwaukee, WI.  Brett Deter represented the owner, Greater New Birth Church, Inc.
