Former Transwestern Team Will Continue to Provide Third-Party Consulting Services
(JULY 5, 2017 – MILWAUKEE) – Transwestern, a leading commercial real estate services provider, and Rivion, a newly formed consulting firm specializing in efficient commercial real estate operations, today announce a new relationship that will enable both parties to deliver leading sustainability solutions to clients.
As an independent company, Rivion will provide its consulting services to commercial real estate owners, users and operators globally, to continue finding solutions for improving building performance that reduce operating costs, increase asset value and create healthy environments.
Rivion, formerly Transwestern Sustainability Services, will be led by Principal Allan Skodowski, previously Managing Senior Vice President and Director of LEED and Sustainability Services for Transwestern.
Transwestern will continue its longstanding commitment to sustainable building operations that have been embedded into the day-to-day responsibilities of its asset services and engineering teams.
