Mayor Barrett and MPD Celebrate National Night Out

Mayor Barrett and the Milwaukee Police Department, along with several community organizations invite the media to National Night Out events across the city this week.  Events include:

*District Two:

Tuesday, August 2 at 4:00 p.m. at Kosciuszko Park (2201 S. 7^th Street)

*District Three:

Tuesday, August 2 from 2-6 p.m. at Harley-Davidson Headquarters (3500 W. Juneau Avenue)

*District Four:

Wednesday, August 3 from 3-7 p.m. at St. Peter Immanuel Lutheran Church (7801 W. Acacia Street)

*District Five:

Thursday, August 4 at 4:00 p.m. at Hillside Resource Center (1452 N. 7^th Street)

Wednesday, August 31 from 4-8 p.m. at Gordon Park (2828 N. Humboldt Boulevard)

*District Six:

Thursday, August 4 at 5:30 p.m. with Ohio Park Association (S. 10^th Street & W. Ohio Avenue)

Saturday, August 6 at 6:00 p.m. at Humboldt Park (3000 S. Howell Avenue)

Friday, August 12 at 4:00 p.m. in the Garden District (S. 6^th Street and W. Howard Avenue)

*District Seven:

Thursday, August 4 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Kops Park (3321 N. 86^th Street)

These events will showcase how MPD works with the community to help create safe neighborhoods.
