MILWAUKEE – On Behalf of IBEW Local 494, Business Manager Dean Warsh extends his congratulations to the Milwaukee Bucks on the ground breaking of their new Arena. “The Members and I are extremely excited to be a part of this monumental project that is going to change the landscape of downtown.” “It’s projects like this that help spur economic and construction development for years to come.” “This project will not only bring much needed construction jobs to Milwaukee it will also have the ability to improve the lives of people living in our community by creating family sustaining construction careers through the IBEW.” “We look forward to partnering with the bucks to build their new arena as well as future developments with the bucks organization for years to come, said Warsh.”

IBEW Local 494 is a labor union representing over 2300 members in the electrical industry. It represents workers in construction, Manufacturing, municipal, and maintenance. Local 494 serves the following counties Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee, Fond du Lac, and Sheboygan.
