Hammes Company hires Jay Warden to lead Healthcare Advisory Services

Mr. Warden will be responsible for the company’s efforts to provide the best solutions to healthcare providers’ needs in ways that strengthen their position in the marketplace. The Healthcare Advisory Services team consults in the areas of strategic positioning, facility and business planning, and growth strategy. He began his new role with the company on June 16.Hammes Company recognizes the deep healthcare experience, proven practice-building and broad leadership skills Mr. Warden brings to the organization.

Mr. Warden brings almost 25 years of diverse consulting and business experience to the firm. He joins Hammes Company from his successful tenure at several leading healthcare consulting firms, including most recently The Camden Group; Kaufman Hall Associates; SG2 LLC; and Tiber Group, now Navigant Consulting. Additionally, Mr. Warden has worked as an executive and advisor to a number of healthcare technology start-up companies.

Mr. Warden received his BA in Government from Dartmouth College and MBA and MHSA degrees from the University of Michigan.
