I’m happy to share some really great news with you that I guarantee will make all of our lives better.

Lori Richards

Today, I’m pleased to tell you that Lori Richards and James Madlom are joining me as partners and shareholders of Mueller Communications.  This move will strengthen and broaden our ability to serve you, and help us all grow. In short, this move guarantees our firm will be independent and locally owned for decades to come.

Lori and James are long-tenured employees of the firm and combined represent more than 25 years of serving clients at Mueller Communications. They have been a key part of the company’s growth over the last decade.  Lori will assume the title of president, James will assume the title of chief operating officer and I will continue in my capacity as chairman and CEO.

While these partnerships represent an important internal transition within Mueller Communications, they won’t really change a thing about the work we do or how we serve our clients. You can expect to continue to work with the same high-quality people, under the same leadership, and experience the same tangible communications results long into the future.

James Madlom

Clients come to Mueller Communications with tough challenges, knowing they will work with a strategic group of experienced problem solvers who know and understand the local market better than anyone. We’re excited to reinforce our position as the largest independent PR firm in the state, and assure you that our work ethic, culture and connectedness will continue with a new generation of leadership in place.

I’ve worked with plenty of good communicators during the course of my career, but feel that Lori and James represent a level of experience, acumen, integrity and ingenuity that is unmatched in this field.  Today, I’m pleased to re-introduce them to you as partners and I am confident that the future of Mueller Communications is in great hands and brighter than ever.
