MILWAUKEE – Chevy Johnson, candidate for Alderman in Milwaukee’s Second District, is proud to announce a number of community leaders as supporters of his campaign. Chevy is committed to bringing responsible, accessible, and dependable leadership to Milwaukee’s Second District and looks forward to serving our community on the Milwaukee Common Council.

“We need leaders committed to Milwaukee’s future. Chevy has demonstrated his desire to make Milwaukee the best that it can be” said Dr. Pamela Malone who chairs a monthly community issues forum.

Chevy Johnson is one of six candidates vying for the opportunity to serve as the next Alderperson for Milwaukee’s Second District. Chevy was born and raised in Milwaukee, a graduate of Milwaukee Public Schools and UW-Madison and has worked for the Milwaukee Area Investment Board (MAWIB) and the City of Milwaukee. Chevy has already earned the support of several leaders from the community, in business, and in elected office.

I believe in Milwaukee and want to work to improve its infrastructure, invest in economic development and increase public safety. Together, we can continue to move Milwaukee forward.”

The primary election is February 16th, 2016‬ and the general election is April 5th, 2016‬.
