Mayor Tom Barrett, Department of City Development Commissioner Rocky Marcoux and UWM Director of Community Design Solutions Carolyn Esswein will also offer remarks. Organizers will then reveal the action plan for high-priority underused sites along W. Brown Deer Road and N. 76th Street, which is the result of a recent community design charrette at UWM.
