Alderman Bob Donovan to present citations to citizens who helped pull victims from a wrecked vehicle following a hit-and-run crash

Alderman Bob Donovan will hold a news conference at 1 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, November 20, 2012) to present citations to citizens who helped pull victims from a wrecked vehicle following a hit-and-run crash, and to a Milwaukee Police Department police aide who intervened and helped talk a suicidal man into stepping to safety.

The news conference – to be held in the third floor Council Chamber anteroom at City Hall (200 E. Wells St.) – will include Police Aide Albert Figueroa, and residents Chico Quinones and Victor Quiles.

“I’m looking forward to personally recognizing these brave Milwaukee residents who put themselves in harm’s way to help their fellow citizens,” Alderman Donovan said.
