Ald. Bauman invites residents to attend neighborhood meeting on Monday

Community members will be able to learn about neighborhood and citywide issues from a handful of city officials, including Alderman Bauman.

Alderman Robert Bauman invites residents to participate in a 4th Aldermanic District neighborhood meeting on Monday, August 17th at 6:00 p.m. in the Highland Gardens Community Room at 1818 W. Juneau Ave.

Community members will be able to learn about neighborhood and citywide issues from a handful of city officials, including Alderman Bauman. Officers from the 3rd Police District will address issues of public safety, representatives from the Department of Public Works will discuss the process for handling speed hump requests and officials from the Department of Neighborhood Services will take inquiries on quality-of-life concerns.

“This meeting is a valuable opportunity for residents to take their questions and concerns directly to city officials,” Alderman Bauman said. “I hope that many of my neighbors will join us on Monday night.”

What:  4th Aldermanic District neighborhood meeting

When:  Monday, August 17th at 6:00 p.m.

Where: Highland Gardens Community Room,  1818 W. Juneau Ave.
