10th Street Gallery Presents Summer Exhibit: Dreams & Sanctuaries
In Tandem Theatre’s 10th Street Gallery is pleased to present the exhibit “Dreams & Sanctuaries” from June 7 – September 13, 2014.
In Tandem Theatre’s 10th Street Gallery is pleased to present the exhibit “Dreams & Sanctuaries” from June 7 – September 13, 2014, featuring paintings, ceramics, sculptures, and photography by local artists Ann Baer, Kathy Barnett, Renee Bebeau, John Kowalczyk, Jack Long, Lise Meissner, Jenna Miller, Kathryn Miller, Todd Mrozinski, and Mark Stall.
10th Street Gallery is located at 628 N. 10th Street, Milwaukee. Gallery hours are Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and by appointment. Information on the gallery can be found at www.intandemtheatre.org.
An Artists’ Reception to launch the exhibit will be held on Saturday, June 7 from 4:30 – 7:30 pm. Admission is free and guests will have the opportunity to meet the artists, learn more about their work and purchase art. The evening will feature live jazz music with pianist Mark Davis of the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, whose appearance is generously sponsored by McGranaghan & Stawski, Ltd. Complimentary appetizers and cash bar will be available.
The eclectic collection at 10th Street Gallery offers artists’ explorations of daydreams, nightmares, refuge and solace through abstract, literal and unexpected interpretations.
Curation for the exhibit is by Stephanie A.B. Wiedenhoeft, owner of Your PERSONAL Art Consultant, LLC. “The artists in this show are representative of the range and diversity that I can present to my clients.
