This event is part of the Wisconsin Science Festival.

Explore the human body in this hands-on experience where you investigate bones and muscles used in common sports. Live models with “painted” muscles will help you recognize opportunities for injury prevention. Then, guided by researchers in the College of Health Sciences, learn a technique used for stress management and maintenance of well-being in all areas of life. With this simple exercise, you can regulate your mind and body to optimize health and performance.
