Apartment Development is Strong in Milwaukee

Currently there are two prominent projects vying for City of Milwaukee financial support in one form or another, the Bookends and The Moderne. Outside of the two proposed towers there are numerous other projects at various stages around urban Milwaukee.

Fullhouse Moving to Walker’s Point
Sep 26th, 2008 | By Jeramey Jannene | Category: Historic Third Ward, South Water Works, Walker's PointFullhouse, a growing interactive marketing agency, is leaving their crowded Third Ward office space for 23,500 square feet across the river in Walker’s Point. The agency will move into the former Transpak facility, which is being redeveloped by Lighthouse Development into a mixed-use facility known as South Water Works.
Fullhouse will occupy the top two floors of the building at 235 E Pittsburgh Ave. The adjacent building is being redeveloped as the Bridgeview Apartments, a 55-unit development.
