330 Kilbourn, long known as Plaza East, is an office complex made up of two nearly identical, 14-story towers. Built two years apart, the first has 227,679 square feet of space, with the later tower has 229,801 square feet of space. The buildings are joined by an atrium on the first floor.

The two towers fill the block bordered by E. State St., N. Milwaukee St., E. Kilbourn Ave. and N. Broadway. They sit atop a 479-stall underground parking structure.

China Gourmet was a tenant for a number of years on the southeast commercial space before moving to a location on the river.

Park Bank operates a branch out of the building. Additional tenants include Ritz Holman, the Milwaukee Branch of the Court of Appeals and Associated Banka. The Milwaukee office of the FBI was formerly located in the building.

The building was designated LEED Silver for existing buildings in 2009.

Tishman Speyer acquired the building, and an associated parking structure at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave., in 2002.
