On Friday February 1st, 2013 Mandel Group held the Spectacle at The North End to introduce Portrait and Silhouette, two new apartment buildings about to open at The North End, to the public.  The event included a hard-hat tour of the new buildings, the viewing of a locally created film, “Spectacle!,” and an associated creative installation.  Honeycomb Productions worked with local filmmakers Andrew Swant, WC Tank, Erik Ljung, John Roberts, Kurt Raether, and Carol Brandt in the creation of the film. The film was broken in to six genres, silence, space, noir, fantasy, musical, and independence, and shown at multiple apartment units throughout The North End. Plaid Tuba created the creative installation, which included props, scenery, and costumes that were displayed throughout the buildings.
