  3. Has the Milwaukee Streetcar project begun to install the streetcar rails in the pavement on West St Paul Street yet? If not, when do you hear that the installation of the streetcar rails is to begin?

    Definitely a very pleasant surprise from the digital renderings and an asset to Water St. The surface parking next door was at first thought an ‘oh no’ moment which (yet another pleasant surprise) became an ‘aha!’ one at the prospect of a 24 story building to come. Very nice.
