  2. Sam says:

    Good!. Give it some color!

  3. Darek says:

    Is the “Barrett ” in Barret-Lo the same as Tom Barrett? This seems a little shady if it is.

  4. Dave Reid says:

    @Derek They are not related.

  5. Ryan N says:

    @Derek even if they were (which it’s not as Dave Reid already mentioned) it was county owned land and the city has really only had helped with the POP lawsuit. Everything else was approved by the county, so he really wouldn’t have had any conflict.

    Looks great!

    Finally! Another sterile white building to go along with the US Bank Center, Kilbourn Tower, the University Club, the Moderne, etc. etc. I’m happy our skyline will be getting another tall building, but is it too much to ask that supposed top architects show a shred of original/interesting design? This place looks like a dentist’s office.

  8. Jerry says:

    @Joe – all of the buildings that you mentioned look clean and modern. That’s exactly what Milwaukee needs! Why put up some trendy building that will look outdated in 5 years? The couture is gorgeous and I can’t wait to see it finished.

  9. Joe says:

    Jerry, my issue is that the buildings i mentioned all look the same. I’m not asking for something “trendy,” I’d just like a little more variation among our tall buildings which is what makes a skyline great.
