Looking forward to seeing it finished! I hope they keep the hanging sculpture that used to be there. As public art goes, it was pretty cool.
While a lot of the big projects at the lakefront grab our time and attention, these smaller community improvements really do make a difference. A renovated library reaches a lot of people.
