The top floor at a new apartment building by Marquette University is now in place. IVY on Fourteenth replaces a suburban-style strip mall with 80 apartments and street-level retail.

Designed by Korb Tredo Architects and developed by The Opus Group, the building is targeted at Marquette students. Located at the northwest intersection of 14th and Wells streets, the marketing for the project touts the Walk Score of the site (88 – Very Walkable). We’ve covered the project extensively in the past from proposal through construction, see our past coverage on the IVY on Fourteenth building page.

Last week I had the chance to go inside for a site tour with the site superintendent. Enjoy the photo gallery that walks through the site.
