Construction has started on 31 new townhomes at 2650 N. Humboldt Blvd. in Riverwest. The project by ATF 1, LLC is being led by Tim Gohkman and was designed by architect Scott Kindness, of Kindness Architecture.

There will be four buildings in the development, three of which will have eight units and one which will have seven units.  All of the units in the development will be 2-bedroom configurations.

When complete each 3-story, 2-bedroom, 1,500-square-foot home will have 2.5 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. The units will feature stainless steel appliances, granite counters, hardwood floors, central air, washer and dryer, and a yard for gardening. The first building is planned to be complete by late Fall 2013, with the other buildings opening in early 2014.

I’ve seen all the plans and finishes for the property, and it’s going to be fantastic. Such a great addition to the neighborhood.
