Blackwatch ’68 Properties’ four-story East Terrace Apartments, 1530 N. Jackson St., is now visibly taking shape. The 14-unit apartment building designed by Joel Agacki, Striegel-Agacki Studio, will have a mix of one and two bedroom boutique units ranging in price from $1,850 to $2,050 a month.  All of the units are corner units, include an office nook, have large storefront windows, large balconies, wooden floors, high-end finishes, and luxury amenities such as setting the thermostat via an iPhone. The parking and elevator shaft were just completed and the vertical floors are now under construction. Elan Peltz, founder of Blackwatch ’68, tells Urban Milwaukee they are shooting for occupancy by September 2013.
