As winter approaches, so does the completion of the second phase of Mandel Group’s The North End residential apartment development. Quite a bit of progress has been made since we last checked in at the North End.  So much so that in just three months people will be moving into the 55-unit Portrait apartments, and three months later the 1oo-unit Silhouette building begin to fill up.

What’s next? Once these buildings begin to rent up discussion of the third phase of the project is bound to begin, look for discussion to start in 2013.
