The North End Continues to Rise
Residential development rises in the Park East..

Construction continues on the second phase of Mandel Group’s The North End. The second phase of this residential development in the Park East includes two apartment buildings, the 55-unit Portrait and the 100-unit Silhouette. Portrait should be move in ready by January 2013 and Silhouette will have occupancy starting in April 2013.
