Local hip-hop musician and recently-more-vocal commentator on the Milwaukee hip-hop scene (courtesy his blog, Milwaukee UP), J.C. Poppe, has graced us with his new single “Dribble.” Poppe declares himself “the Man from Milwaukee” while drenching his braggadocio in sweet, crackly record-scratch. Give it a click and drop your feedback into the comments section. What do you think? Let J.C. know!

“Dribble:”

By the by, here’s a plug for a show J.C. Poppe is throwing later this month: he’s hosting “Hip-Hop Hates Multiple Sclerosis” at the Cactus Club on April 30, featuring a lineup packed with names like Raze & A.P.R.I.M.E., The Mud Kids, SPEAK Easy, and Frankie Flowers. You can bet Fan-Belt will be there!

    Thanks!

Also, KingHellBastard is headlining the Hip-Hop Hates Multiple Sclerosis show…so it’s a night jam packed with very energetic and quality performers!
