I had forgotten about the Eco-Square proposal. It's a shame it hasn't moved forward. Will it actually happen? I think it has a pretty good shot, the building has been scaled back from what was proposed a few years ago so I think they really just need one more big tenant, and there are a few major tenants looking for new office space. That said I have no doubt they will be asking for a TIF, so I'm sure there will be a lot of debate about that.
