		<description>@Chris Yeah I just can&#039;t understand the traffic &quot;counts&quot; (other than I think I saw the trucks out during Summerfest but I&#039;d have to verify that), because cross E. State St. just about every day at &quot;peak&quot; and well there just aren&#039;t many cars.  Further, like you said the vast majority of the time you could have a picnic in the street it is so empty.

And yeah the Market St. thing is just well unfortunate.  But well going two-ways is a start I think.</description>

		<description>This is certainly a positive development, but I agree wholeheartedly with the shortcomings described above. It&#039;s ridiculous to make the conversion point happen at Market Street. While I don&#039;t have traffic counts in front of me, I can&#039;t imagine State sees that much congestion, ever. This street is usually vacant, windswept, and lifeless --- much like the photo above would indicate.</description>
