		<description>I must admit, Portland is a very nice city.  I hope someday that Milwaukee can offer it&#039;s residents some of those things.   However, I must say that it&#039;s probably easier offering those sorts of things since their per capita income is some 40% higher in Portland than in Milwaukee.  Also, I&#039;m not quite sure on the point you&#039;re trying to make with population density.  It must drop off pretty quick and hard in Portland because Milwaukee is some 2,000/sq. mi. more dense than Portland on average.  However, Portland must be one of the smallest metro areas in the U.S. with light rail, and I think that would be a smart page to look over in their playbook.</description>
