		<description>Taller towers might have provoked more neighborhood opposition. That&#039;s pretty much what happened at Prospect and Lafayette--the original plan for 30+ stories was killed in part by fierce resistance from area residents. What we ended up with are two 20-story buildings. I love the Rivianna design and think it will bring great energy to the area.</description>

		<description>@Tholkie My guess as to why they didn&#039;t want to build taller is that there is a significant increase in cost over a certain height as you need to switch materials, and construction methods.</description>

		<description>Nice one, though I think those three Riviana towers are terribly close together.  What&#039;s the point of that?  Why not two, taller towers with more space between them?  Ah well.  Still a good project.</description>
