Yea I’d say this project is going after a lower end of the market, which is good because we need more affordable appartments.

Doesnt look like it’ll be a City Green which is too bad. There’s nothing bland about that place, and New Land should definitely do more developments like that. Too bad it’s out of my price range.

I applaud New Land for it’s development drive… but to honest, I am tiring of them and their sub-par and bland looking architecture.

I am glad to see that proposals are still being developed for Milwaukee even during the current economic climate. North Ave has had a major turn-around over the past few years, and I am excited for it’s future.

No you’re probably right. Everyone seems to want to build with EIFS now days, and as it will be apartments my guess is they would be trying to keep some cost down.

This seems like a perfect location and a good building for this area. My only complaint is that there is too much EIFS on the building, giving it a cheap looking appearance. Part of it may be the rendering, but a better exterior could make this a great project.
