		<description>Doesnt look like it&#039;ll be a City Green which is too bad.  There&#039;s nothing bland about that place, and New Land should definitely do more developments like that.  Too bad it&#039;s out of my price range.</description>

		<description>No you&#039;re probably right.  Everyone seems to want to build with EIFS now days, and as it will be apartments my guess is they would be trying to keep some cost down.</description>

		<description>This seems like a perfect location and a good building for this area. My only complaint is that there is too much EIFS on the building, giving it a cheap looking appearance. Part of it may be the rendering, but a better exterior could make this a great project.</description>
