		<description>@MC From what I&#039;ve seen, they appears to be saving much of the existing buildings... And doing it well.  I&#039;d say though the area isn&#039;t exactly vacant.  It still has a ways to go but that will be the next neighborhood.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s hard to tell from the renderings, but I really hope they honor the art deco influences of this building. It will be a nice anchor to an otherwise &quot;vacant&quot; part of the city.</description>
